10. Finding Faith After Tragedy – Debbie Bird

An embassy attack and the shattering hardship that followed became the backdrop where Debbie first encountered Jesus. As her faith grew, she realized her life didn’t have to be defined by tragedy. Like Jesus, Debbie discovered that it’s possible to hold grief and still make space for joy — to walk through dark places and still experience God's light.
